Often, when discussing how well a firm does in diversity statistics we look towards either female or minority diversity data.

It is critical, however, that firms look towards overall diversity statistics- comparing diversity data not just separately, but also together.

When comparing both, the top firm is Fragomen, also the top firm on last year’s female scorecard. White & Case, the number one firm for minority data, is below the median when it comes to female partnership minority.
